General Questions
After ordering, you will receive a sample of your artwork in your email within 24 hours. You can approve or reject it here. If you reject it, you can still add comments to improve the photo until you are 100% satisfied. You can even send in a new photo if you really don't like it.
Je kan net zo vaak feedback geven totdat je 100% tevreden bent met jouw Memory Frame. Alleen als een nieuwe foto gestuurd wordt worden er extra kosten verrekend.
This is certainly possible. You can add up to 5 people to 1 portrait when ordering. Do you want more than 5 people on a portrait? Then you can contact our customer service for a special request ;)
Yes. You can fill in the personal text or date of birth box, the date of birth and/or date of death.
Yes! If you don't want a name on your portrait, you can just leave the box empty.
1.) The photo should be well lit. Preferably with natural lighting.
2.) Up close and from the front. Clear, sharp photos from the front provide the best results.
3.) Avoid blurry or dark photos.

We deliver on average within 1-3 business days after approval of your portrait.
We charge €4.95 shipping costs for 1 Family Frame. Free shipping for 2 Frames and up!
We deliver not only in the Netherlands but also in Belgium and Luxembourg!
You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours after placing your order. After this time we have often already started drawing your portrait and there are €9.95 drawing/cancellation costs per signed person.
Because the nature of our product is unique to your order, we unfortunately cannot offer returns after delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can always contact our customer service, so that we can still satisfy you.
